I purchased Seagull Decathlon a few years ago as a time killer plane and every time I became bored, I'd look at it or put on another part and hang it up again. As time went on I lost the manual. But Tower Hobbies sold the Phoenix version which I thought was the same company, but was only sold in the USA. After while it was completed, and ready to fly. By this time the engine was a little to powerful and the prop was stronger and all I could get was ground loops and ripped tires. So now I've gone through it again, finding I had the mounts opposite (left thrust), down sized the motor and corrected the CG from 2.9" to 3.5".I now know that do not assume any thing, use the correct manual and it has a better chance to fly. Even all settings are different.Thank goodness it did not fly as it would have wallowed around (tail heavy) until it crashed.I now have a manual!
