Need help with a wing rebuild please

I recently bought a funtana x 100 on kijiji and got a very good deal on it on account of the damage to the wings. The fuse was kept inside in good condition but the wings were forgotten about outside in a tent garage wing tips touching the group soaking up the water. The this of the wings now need to be rebuilt and I'm not sure how to build on water damaged balsa wood.
Any help would be great, thank you.

Colton, I found a few wing tube people. But the Hanger 9 people have discontinued that plane. I do not know the exact size of the out side diameter of the tube so I have a list of jobbers for you if you wish make contact and I will give it to you.
