I was trying to sort out a mess of servo arms and it was a H--- of a job. So I did some work as a layman and came up with some measurements, not exact but fairly close. STANDARD servos only. Sanwa/Air./K.O/JR. all have 23 teeth arms. Hitec has 24 teeth. Fut./Ace/HPI all have 25 teeth. Shaft sizes are Air. .232 could not check Sanwa/K.O/JR. Hitec .223 and Fut. .240 could not check TT/ Ace/ HPI. So this tells me do not mix arms with servos for when the pressure is on it will slip, do to misfit of splines and/ or shaft sizing.
